Love this stuff.

I’ve been using this for a while. I’m about three months postpartum and I think it helps with the hair loss that naturally comes with that. I drink it in my hot coffee every morning and in my smoothie at noon. I love how it’s tasteless.

After about 3 weeks of using 1 scoop daily, I have noticed a difference in my nails being stronger and growing faster, as well as less shedding of my hair. It dissolves nicely in my cold brew and is completely flavorless. I will continue to use!

Noticeable results

I starting using this product 3 months ago. I have noticed recently less cellulite on my legs and my jiggly arms are not so jiggly. I put it in my coffee. It has absolutely no taste and keeps me full for awhile due to the protein in it. I love it and will continue taking it.

I just recently started using Vital Proteins, so haven't yet noticed any significant changes and can't really give an accurate review. I have noticed a slight increase in energy, so hopefully that is a sign that it is beneficial and I will see more improvements ahead and why the four star vs a five star. I do love how it easily dissolves in my coffee.

So Far, So Good

I began using the product only a short time ago, so the actual benefit still remains to be seen. That being said, Vital Proteins is absolutely tasteless (a PLUS), mixes well into any beverage I've tried it with (hot or cold) and does not change the texture of the beverage (a HUGE PLUS for someone, like me, who is very sensitive to texture). If you're interested in trying a collagen product, I'd definitely recommend this one!
