I began using Vital Proteins about 9 months ago for gut healing and it has worked well. All is under control now and I continue to take daily. The one thing I was not expecting was the new strength I now have in my nails!! Love it !

Best Collagen!

I love that when I blend this collagen in with my Matcha it makes it extra creamy/frothy without adding any type of weird taste. My nails are so strong and grow so fast. I feel good getting an extra serving of protein every morning. Sometimes there is a strong smell of plastic, I always hope its just the container and not coming from the actual collagen powder. Maybe in the future they could develop a different packaging option.

Mind, body and soul changing

I started this supplement with no real expectations... it was recommended by my meal planner to add in my morning smoothie. After being on it about 10 days, my skin is more plump and I have noticed less fatigue in my knees and ankles at work (I'm an ER nurse). This has been a game changer for me, so much so that I signed up for auto ship to make sure I am never without it.

Vital proteins collagen is a great, high quality product! I definitely noticed improvement in my skin and nails within the first few weeks. The powder mixes perfectly into coffee or tea. I love it mixed into green tea with almond milk, the powder is tasteless but I actually like the it mixed into tea, I feel it gives tea a little extra body and creaminess, yum!
