I just started using the collagen peptides in my morning coffee. Though I'm new to this product… After using the first time I have noticed that I'm less achy and my joints and have a glow to my skin. I'm committing to this product for the next six months and hope to get a more detailed review. I am very happy so far!

I am new to collagen peptides and so far I like it. Definitely gives me more energy. I am gonna order my second one and hopefully it can gradually help with my gut problems.

I started adding vital proteins collagen peptides to my diet a little over a year ago and cannot believe how beneficial it has been. I'm a endurance athlete competing in 2-3 marathons a year (ps I loved the booth at the Boston marathon this year!!!) and a handful of half marathons as well. I train for an average of 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week so my body NEEDS all of the protein it can get. I honestly can't say enough about how amazing the vital proteins collagen peptides have been for my training and lifestyle. My body recovers faster, my muscles never ache like they used to the day after a tough workout, I feel like I can push harder in workouts without fatigue setting in and to top it off my hair feels so much stronger and thicker. I really like adding two scoops of collagen peptides to my morning coffee in the blender and then giving it a quick spin. It turns into the healthiest most decadent latte ever!! I have recommended this to all my friends and family regardless of activity level because I truly believe it makes our bodies perform optimally. Love love love!!!! Keep doing what you're doing vital proteins because it's amazing!!!

Mixes easily in my coffee in the morning and has no taste. I was skeptical to try collagen at first but I've definitely noticed some good changes in my hair and nails! Only been using it for a month but I can't wait to see more results as I continue to use it
