I saw a huge improvement in mobility after a month of daily use! I was so impressed I bought some for several people in my family! The fact that my nails and hair have grown and strengthened in the process was just a bonus!!

I started using this a few months ago, 1 scoop in my coffee everyday. My skin feels and looks so much better. My nails which used to split and peel are now strong and grow fast. Even my hair is stronger.
