After reading about vital proteins through the whole 30 and social media I decided to give it a try. I have now suggested it so many family and friends who have now all purchased the product. It absolutely works wonders. It didn't take long at all for me to notice changes in hair, skin and nails.

My favorite collagen protein!

This is by far my favorite protein! I have searched high and low for a protein powder that doesn't cause digestive issues and this one is great. I love that it's flavorless and I can add it to anything--sauces, coffee, smoothies, oatmeal, etc.
