I bought this to improve thickness of my hair and nails. While so far my hair has not grown back where lost, the thickness of what hair I do have has improved. Overall I am happy taking this and will give it three months to see where I see improvements.

Hey folks,
I witnessed a friend of mine who owns a CrossFit gym posting what he was eating, which included collagen peptides in the coffee I believe. I looked it up and decided that it would be a great idea for myself to add collagen to my diet to prevent deterioration of my joints, tendons, and whatever else that may possibly cause me pain in the future. I am a n avid skier and have been skiing for 46 years and still rip up the moguls and I feel that this stuff has helped me to keep my skin, nails, and the rest of me healthier than I would have been without it.

I started to use this as per the advice of my naturopathic doctor in September 2020 and I must say this has worked wonders for me! I do not have as many skins issues as before and I feel my hair thickening again too.
