I have to say that since I've started taking the collagen peptides, it's made a huge difference in my nail growth and hair. I also have to add that I had a horrible accident back in April of this year where I broke a bone in 5 different places. My doctor told me that he was amazed at how quickly my bones fused back together. When I told him that I was a daily user of collagen peptides he said that is what helped the bones heal and fuse quicker. I love this stuff and put it in my coffee every single morning. Thank you for making such an amazing product!

I noticed within a week of using the collagen that my skin was softer. My hair has started to grow more thickly and my nails grow like crazy. I love the stuff!

I've been looking for a way to keep a cup of coffee in my day but wanted some added benefits. Love that I can't taste it & that it's so easy to use. While hair and nails have never been much of an issue for me, I've noticed more of a glow in my skin & my digestion has improved! Looking forward to continuing my vital proteins journey to see what other benefits I'll notice!!
