This mixes easily into coffee, smoothies, yogurt, and oatmeal and has no taste or odor. I'm already seeing a change in my hair and nails after just a couple of weeks.

Only reason i didn't give 4 stars is due to the price. Comparable to other supplements and protein powders, this is a bit more than I'd be willing to pay, especially for something I use daily. Other than that, love it!

My hair, skin, and nails are definitely feeling this collagen! Adds a slight taste to my coffee (I only drink black coffee) but this isn't a bother at all. I can't wait to see my results after a full container!

Not only does this help my body repair itself more efficiatly after workouts but this has definitely changed the state of my skin. I have noticed a huge change in hydration and a constant glow that I didn't have before drinking this in my tea every morning. I'm a convert!

It truly has no taste or smell (which I cannot say for another brand I purchased and couldn't even use because it smelled so horrible). It dissolves easily and completely in my coffee and doesn't change the taste or texture (I haven't tried it yet in cold liquids). I haven't been using it long enough yet to be able to really notice all of it's benefits, but my hair seems to be growing faster and that is the main reason I started using this product.
