I have the Collagen Peptides EVERY SINGLE DAY. I'll mix one scoop into my smoothie in the mornings and sometimes have another scoop for dessert before bed. It has no flavor whatsoever so it can be mixed into basically anything. Sometimes I'll even mix it into my yogurt and top it off with some fruit & granola. I've seen a slight difference in my skin. I don't break out as much anymore. Would purchase this product again.

I haven't noticed huge changes since taking the collagen peptides. My nails have always been very strong, but I have noticed they are growing faster. I haven't really noticed any changes to my hair and unfortunately have had a few more pimples lately than I usually do, but that's probably stress related.

I have been taking this collagen supplement for a couple weeks now. I am rating it as a 4, because I feel like I'm too new to have a full decision about this product yet. So far, I really like it. I decided to try it after seeing a lot of fitness accounts I follow instagram promoting it, especially Nourish Move Love. For me, it's more to aid in a healthy lifestyle than to cure anything. I recommend putting it in coffee and not just water. I can DEFINITELY taste it in water. It isn't flavorless, more like it just doesn't have added flavor. Overall, good product.

I recently purchased the collagen peptides as a recommendation from a couple friends who gave me some packets and I noticed a difference in my skin - so I took the plunge and ordered more! I am getting married next year so healthy skin, hair and nails is a priority on my every day beauty regime. I have definitely noticed a change in my skin and nails (stronger nails - I have very thin nails). I actually have not been paying to much attention to my hair but I would assume that falls in line with the rest. I am embarking on a healthier lifestyle - between the workouts for the wedding and just learning to generally take care of my body - the individual packets go perfectly in a morning smoothie or my morning black tea! While it has been a little over a month I would definitely recommend the collagen peptides for anyone looking to improve the health of their skin and nails!

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this product. I have only been using it for two weeks but can attest to stronger nails! I also love how easy it is to add to anything! There is no taste and it mixes perfectly. I even can add it to plain water and drink it fine. Am definitely making this product a part of my daily routine!
