I found after a few weeks of taking collagen peptides my skin improved a lot. Consistency is key though and you have to take them daily, but I love them!

I'm on my third canister of Collegen Peptides and I can't get enough of it. I drink it hardcore with water, before bed -- It fills in fine lines and my hair and nails grow almost uncontrollably. Please don't discontinue...and for what it does the price point is perfect. Thank you for this. Going to try the protein powders too. -D
