I really like the product! I use it in my coffee in the morning, and my energy has definitely increased, and I like the extra protein it gives my breakfast. My skin is definitely nicer too!

Couldn't tolerate it

This mixes beautifully into any liquid. No odor or taste. Unfortunately I would get a headache every time I used it. I was really looking forward to trying this and seeing the benefits for my skin and hair.. I picked up the marine collagen to try instead. I will let you know how that works.

My hair is growing like crazy, my nails are stronger than they've ever been. I have lots of energy and my immune system feels stronger! I take the beef liver capsules, marine collagen and collagen peptides. Very pleased and happy with these products!

Still testing it out

I am still testing this product out. I have not finished the supply yet. It does not dissolve in cold liquids properly and it makes my coffee taste weird as well as other drinks. But if it's healthy like it says it is then it's worth it.

I had always wanted to try this, and when my nutritionist made the suggestion I immediately ordered it. I put it in my coffee every morning, and love the extra protein that helps keep me full. My hair, skin, and nails are healthier than ever, and I have increased energy throughout the day when combined with my other supplements. I always recommend Vital Proteins because it is a superior product and has totally helped me with my weak knees and Achilles. When I quit taking it just got out of habit one time and I noticed a considerable difference. I will always use this product!!
