I am so glad i decided to order the collegen peptide powder. Within the first week of using it i saw a big difference in my nail strength and hair. I would alternate each day and put it either in my coffee (hot) and my protein shakes! The powder resolved instantly in my hot coffee so there was zero clumpy ! The fact that there is ZERO flavor is a huge bonus cause you cannot tell it's even in the coffee or shake. Cannot wait to order more and try other products!

I love VP collagen peptides! I add a scoop or two to my coffee or smoothie every day. I also like adding it to my baked goods or oatmeal bowls! Although I am a firm believer that the key to health is a good diet and active lifestyle, this stuff gives me a boost that I can notice. It definitely supports hair and nail growth. I use it as a source of protein as well. I got my best friend and mom to purchase this product. It really is something I will always have on hand.

I'm in my 60's, my nails were peeling and getting very soft. My hair is thinning too. In 4 weeks, I noticed my nails are stronger and the peeling has almost stopped. My hair is falling out at a slower rate and it looks shinier. This product has given me hope that the thinning will stop. I will definitely buy this again!
