I love this stuff. I just put it in my coffee cup every morning before pouring coffee in, and it dissolves so well I don't even have to stir it! It works equally well on the days that I throw it in a smoothie. I have yet to try cooking/baking with it but I have no doubt it'll be great for that too!

I love adding these Collagen Peptides to everything! It mixes so easily and with no flavor it's the perfect silent addition to any things This size is perfect for 2 people to share. I share with my boyfriend and we have it in our coffee every mornjng. I highly suggest the subscription service as well so you never run out!
