I've been adding 1-2 scoops of the Collagen Peptides to my morning smoothies for the last 2 months and love it. My skin has cleared up and seemed brighter right away. My recovery between HIIT classes seems to be a lot better, and I have more energy during the day. Definitely will be re-purchasing, the hype is real.

I've been using this product for the past year and am still in love with it! It's great in my cup of coffee in the morning and helps my joints, skin and hair look amazing! It's also a great way to get some extra protein in! I highly recommend it!

I have only been taking them for about a month now, but have noticed new hair growth. They are super easy to mix in warm water and I add some boillion to add some flavor.
