We have tried every product sold and nothing compares to Vital Proteins. Gentle on the stomach and sustains me for a long period. My family has switched over to Vital Proteins as well. Highly recommended!!

I was hesitant to try these for a long time cause I'm very lucky about the taste of my morning smoothie. I finally took the plunge and I can barely tell they are now part of my daily smoothie routine! And my nails are stronger than ever so I can already see some benefits within a couple weeks.

I add mine to coffee on most days but also this blends in well with water. I have noticed an improvement in my joints (ankles and knees). I suffer from tendinitis and have been able to stop taking Motrin. My GF and I are just about done with one container of it Im gonna buy again.
