Vital Proteins is my absolute favorite collagen source. I’ve used other brands in the past only to battle unpleasant taste and strange consistency. Vital Proteins dissolves seamlessly into my favorite beverages and has a very pleasant taste. I can see the results in my skin, my hair and my digestion!

Sometimes it's hard to tell when a product/supplement is working with so many factors to consider, but my joints have felt relatively good, my hair and skin are healthy, and most notably my nails haven't broken once since using this (and that's always been a problem for me!!!).
