I love my collagen peptides! I have one scoop every morning in my coffee. You can't tell it's there, but I love the extra protein it gives me. I've seen a big difference in my hair and skin since I started taking it about 8 months ago. I noticed a difference pretty quickly. You won't regret this purchase!

I have been using the powder for several months now and besides the ease of use (ie no clumping at all) I find my knees to be really improved and I have bone on bone so that's saying alot. I'm 67 and hoping to continue using it indefinitely. I also very much appreciate that it is grass-fed.

Favorite collagen supplement on the market

Being a long distance runner I use this product mainly to maintain my knees and it works great. It's got high protein and collagen content, so it works both ways as protein supplement and collagen supplement. For what its worth, it blends nicely in hot liquids but not in cold. I personally like to have it in my oat meal bowl daily.
