I have been using Vital Proteins collagen peptides for a year now and I cannot sing enough praises! I use it in smoothies after workouts and I have noticed a huge difference in recovery. Also, my hair and nails are stronger than they have ever been! I am excited to try the coffee creamer!

The product blends perfectly well into my beverages (specifically coffee) which I love. My digestion seems to be improving, it's hard to know if it's fully a function of this product or overall life changes - either way, I'll keep it up for now!

I found myself having some extra energy that I don’t typically. It mixes very easily into cold or hot liquids. My hair and nails that got thinner after having my son have been amazingly healthy. Going to keep using for sure.
