Can def taste it!

My best friend is a doctor and since I cannot afford some of the wonderful products she is privy to... I thought I would try this as a way of posting my skin care routine from the inside. Not only does it not dissolve well and you can definitely taste the grassy taste. After almost 2 months I see no difference. My best friend read the ingredients and said mostly this has a lot of salt in it.Hello water retention didn't notice it until I stopped taking the vital proteins.

My Daily Routine

I have used Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for several years and found it helps keep my hair thick and healthy, quite by accident. I originally ordered it to help my nails and joints, but when I ran out of it for several months I noticed my hair get very dry and thinner than normal. I reordered my Peptides and in a few months my hair was shinny and thick again! Thank you Vital Proteins. I now have a monthly subscription so I'll never run out again. Highly recommend this product.

We have used vital proteins for over a year....and were extremely happy with it.
However, the latest shipment is definitely different. It does not dissolve readily, as it use to.
It's grainy, instead of powdery. It has a more discernible flavor and texture/viscosity in coffee.
What happened to the product? And why?

I am so pleased with my subscription to Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Enjoy seeing that blue box every month in the mail and can defiantly feel a difference with my body that it is helping my joints. I have 2 scoops a day, first one in my morning coffee with some MCT oil and then in the evening when I am enjoying a cup of turmeric or peppermint tea and some squares of dark chocolate. Thank you for the good quality collagen. I look forward to trying some of the other products in the future. I give some of the individual sticks to friends for them to try because I rave about it all the time.

Body changing!!!

I love this collagen. I had been taking another collagen capsule form and can not say I NOTICED any difference. I started noticing changes about a week in on this collagen and I am 2nd month in. I made my first purchase through my dermatologist office after her talking about how much it changed her skin and now I am starting to notice that. My first change was digestion and how my stomach and body felt. I can not wait to see what each month brings. I also use the coconut coffee creamer and the lavender/lemon beauty collagen. I do 2 scoops of each one daily! I ALWAYS LOOK forward to my collagen/coconut coffee in my but first collagen coffee mug every morning! My skin is so soft!

I am terrible at taking supplements and vitamins. I have tried numerous tricks and I just end up forgetting, every time. When I bought Collagen Peptides, my boyfriend laughed and wondered how long they would sit on my shelf. To both his AND my surprise, they were gone within 3 months. I bought the small container to start, and because I add it to my daily coffee, it was SO much easier to remember to add it in. It is actually flavourless (which I was doubtful of to begin with). But that means that it doesn’t ruin my coffee, and I feel extra good knowing that there are added health benefits to my daily coffee routine! I CANT WAIT to try out the creamers (insert drooling face).

Bloating GONE! Sleep IMPROVED!

I actually purchased this product to help with postpartum hair loss and to improve my skin. I have been using it for two months now and I can’t really notice a difference in my hair or my skin honestly BUT all my belly bloating is GONE (when I use it everyday) and it has really improved the quality of my sleep if I drink it at night. I have struggled with postpartum insomnia since my second child was born and have been on and off medications for sleep. This collagen really helps me naturally fall asleep and stay asleep!!! Those two benefits alone have me coming back for more!!! Maybe one day I’ll have glowing skin too :)
