Excellent Protein Source

This was recommended to my wife and I by a dietician as a great and easy but important source of protein. We both put it in or coffee or our yogurt…very easy and simple. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it. I have also lost 25 lbs in the last year and Vital Proteins is now a fixture in my daily diet. We have also recommended it to our daughter and daughter-in-law, both of whom incorporate Vital Proteins in their diets.

I've noticed a change in my joints. Not as many creaks in my knees when I'm walking. Also noticed that my hair feels different. Growing faster, thicker and shinier. Just bought the beauty water to try and am excited to see the results.

A blogger I follow recommended these. I was skeptical but gave it a try.. and collagen peptides are the BEST thing I've ever incorporated into my daily diet and routine. Simply adding a scoop to my coffee has given me so many added health benefits. My nails are longer and stronger, my skin has seen major improvements, my hair not only grows faster but feels and looks healthier. Even my hairdresser noticed how much more my hair grows since I've started taking collagen. I'm a subscriber for life!!

Love adding to coffee!

I started this to replace biotin for hair skin and nails. After taking a few months, my hair dresser even noticed! I feel I have more voluminous healthy hair :-) thanks vital proteins! Can’t wait to try the coffee creamer peptides

Since I have been using vital proteins i have noticed a big difference in my skin. It looks healthier , brighter, better! My eye brows have filled in more than they have in a long time & my hair seems to be growing much faster. I put two scoops a day in my coffee daily & will continue till the end of time! I love my vital proteins!
