I’ve tried other brands of collagen and I swear this particular brand I can tell noticeable differences (better digestion, sleep and hair/nail growth).

My skin, nails, and hair have seriously never been healthier. Plus, collagen has become a daily supplement that keeps me fueled through my workouts and is a great substitute to make broth with (using the chicken bone broth). I even got my mom hooked on it! Can't say enough good things about Vital Proteins!

Tasteless, odorless and dissolves instantly. I put this in my coffee every morning. Has made a huge impact on my skin, nails, and hair. I’ve also noticed a big change in my digestive health. Highly recommend.
