Old knees and shoulder

As a 64 year old I have arthritic knees and a bad shoulder. I started taking Collagen Peptides about a year ago and to my amazement both are doing better. I know it is not a cure but walking stairs and lifting my arm have become pretty much normal occurrences for me. I throw a capful in my a cup of coffee per day and am good to go.

I love all vital protein products. I see a difference in my hair, skin and nails as well as my joints! I use them daily, sometimes twice a day and I am so happy to have found this product in my life!

Didn't see visible results, which I didn't expect out of one tub. I am continuing to use it to see if I do notice any changes in the next month or so. I do like how it isn't noticeable in my coffee and for the protein boost. I am taking it in hopes of helping out my post-pregnancy hair and dry skin.
