Noticed the difference within a day

Vital Proteins collagen has been amazing since I first tried it. Within a day I was thinking more clearly and my hanger (grumpiness from being hungry) dissipated. My husband noticed exactly the same thing. I also have neurological problems and I noticed that I am thinking more clearly.

This collagen easily dissolves, and can be added to almost anything. My nails look strong and my hair has improved in appearance. Will buy again.

I absolutely love the Collagen Peptides! I add them to my matcha every morning and it makes my body very regular and my hair and nails grow so fast! The best part is it never upsets my stomach like other protein powders and usually helps calm it.
