Hi! While everyone's body is different, we do recommend taking collagen consistently as part of your everyday routine per day to see results. f mixing with a spoon or fork doesn't help, we recommend adding collagen to warm water before topping off with ice and cold water. This should do the trick!

At Vital Proteins, we define sustainability as reducing the overall environmental impact of our business. Our flagship ingredient—collagen—is a sustainably sourced ingredient as it is derived from byproducts of the meat and fish industry. Collagen supplementation utilizes parts of the animal that are typically discarded. In addition to our current canisters being recyclable, we are reducing the canister size on all new innovations. Our manufacturing facility runs on clean fuel, and we evaluate and partner with sustainable suppliers. Moving forward, we are working to reduce the size of all canisters, develop a refillable container option for repeat customers, remove our plastic scoop, and expand our vegan offering.
