I am currently living in Germany and can’t have collagen proteins shipped to me (yet...hopefully one day VP?) but whenever I visit my family in the states- or someone visits me, I ALWAYS stock up. It’s so worth it. My biggest reason and best result is my gut health. I notice such a difference when I am regularly having the collagen peptides in my coffee. All the other benefits are just the cherry on top.

I have searched high and low for a supplement like this that truly does not contain sugar or a sugar substitute, contains no dairy (lactose), gluten free and has high quality standards all while delivering me enough protein to sustain myself through the day. I have had no stomach upset while using Vital proteins. I feel great after I mix it with a smoothy in the morning. Sometimes I even throw it in a glass of water and drink as there is no nasty taste. Very satisfied customer!

I love this! I originally began taking collagen peptides for gut health & repair but have also noticed an improvement in my facial skin/wrinkles. This easily dissolves in my coffee or smoothies. This product is essential in my everyday routine.

I've been taking the collagen peptides powder for 2 months now and I love it. I take it with a protein shake after my workouts for extra protein. I've seen positive changes in my hair and nails. Really great product!
