This is a great source of protein and collagen. I began to feel and see the results of its benefits very quickly after incorporating it into my diet. If you plan on using it regularly, the larger size is the best value for the price.

First time using this product! I have been following them while I did the whole 30. I love this product, I stay full and within a week it has helped my digestion. Hoping this product helps with my skin and hair for the goal as well. I drink it in my coffee and cannot taste it at all! Definitely recommend!

I have had brittle nails and excessive hair breakage for years and this product has finally changed that. My hair feels thick, is growing at a much faster rate, and is also shiner! My nails are now very strong and growing so fast I can barely keep up with them. Will be purchasing this product again and again. I've been adding it to my morning coffee or matcha latte and can't even tell its in there!
