My nails are stronger and my hair is grower faster than before! Wish i can say my skin has benefited, but i'm going to continuing using everyday and see if i get results!

Love this product! I use it everyday in my coffee. Keeps me feeling good all day long. My skin and hair have never looked better. I even got my mom hooked on it! would recommend to anyone.

Don't notice much

I feel like I am the only one who feels this way - but I have been using VP collagen peptides for almost 3 months now and I have yet to see major differences in my hair, skin, nails or gut health. I have pretty defined forehead wrinkles (and I'm only 28 yrs old), but I feel like as of late, they have gotten worse. My nails and hair do grow fast but I also follow a very clean, healthy and active lifestyle. I do have digestion issues (occasional constipation and bloating) and the collagen does not relieve me of any of the symptoms. Overall, I am not 100% sold on the collagen. I am disappointed that I have not noticed greater results. ): Yet I will probably continue to buy/take it because I am hopeful that the results will show up eventually.

I️ see a definite improvement in my nails, they no long peel. Easy to add to coffee with no aftertaste.

Clumpy in iced drinks

I love using this product, I have really seen a difference since I have started using it. But recently, I have been putting it in my iced coffee in the morning and the collagen is very clumpy to a point where I don't want my coffee anymore.
