My esthetician recommended this product and I've been adding a scoop to my morning coffee each day for 6 weeks, My hair and nails have never been healthier and I've noticed a big improvement in my digestion. Can't tell a difference in my skin, but I will definitely continue to use the product. My husband, who is not a coffee drinker, also dissolves a scoop in hot water each morning and adds it to his morning drink of choice.
