I’ve been taking this product for about 6 months or so and love it. I mix it in with my morning tea and it doesn’t alter the taste at all! I highly recommend it!

Can't Live Without

I added Vital Proteins to morning coffee during this January's Whole 30 - and I'm not sure how I ever lived without it! I recover faster from my workouts, my skin holds moisture better and my nails are far healthier than they've been in ages! Definitely adding this as a daily routine!

Best Collagen Out There!

LOVE this product! It mixes well with hot and cold and I use it everyday. My joints feel better doing yoga, my skin and hair have improved and the only addition to my current regimen is this product and the Vital Proteins Beauty Boost (which I also recommend) .

Bad Taste and Odor

It’s misleading that the unflavored collagen peptides is labeled as tasteless and odorless because it’s not true. There is actually a very strong and unpleasant (to me) taste to the product and it’s especially noticeable in water and tea. I haven’t been taking it long enough to see changes in my body so I can’t comment on that yet but I have also reduced my intake to one scoop a day because the taste is so bad.
