Not great for us sensitive people.

I tried and tried this but it always upset my stomach. It didn’t matter how small the amount or how many times a day, it had me running for the bathroom every time. Ended up giving it to a friend who loved it and had no issues though.

Easy supplement to add to my coffee

I make “Bulletproof” coffee and add a scoop of Vital Protein each morning to the mixture. Its the easiest way to get my extra collagen vs making bone broth as a separate drink.
