Great and easy to incorporate

I love how easy it is to sprinkle in my coffee, juice, smoothies, overnight oats etc. This has made my skin glow, my nails tougher and my hair grow faster. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a little boost especially when your skin gets dry in the winter.

As long as I dissolved this product in a strong tea, I was unable to smell or taste it. However, I did develop cystic acne on my face and back. I’ve never had back acne before and nothing else about my diet or lifestyle changed so I determined it must be the collagen. I can’t find anything online to back up my conclusion; everything points to the opposite being true. I will stop taking this product and hope my skin clears up.

I am taking this product to improve my gut and my skin. I have noticed a postive improvement in both of these areas. I will continue taking it and hope to see more improvements. I take a scoop in the morning and another scoop before bed.
