Could not find where it was sourced. The old container said it was sourced in South America this container doesn't say anything. So not sure it's the same product.

Tasteless nutrition for my coffee! Love it!!

Grateful for this addition to my coffee each morning! I use this with my MCT oil every morning & it leaves me energized & focused for hours. I love that it doesn’t change the taste, texture or odor of my coffee, but yet adds all the many health benefits.

Does not dissolve in cold liquids

The product description says soluble in hot or cold liquids which implies that it dissolves easily into cold liquids as well as hot. If stirred into a cold drink, however, the powder clumps up into gluey blobs completely ruining whatever drink you've mixed up. The only time I've had success mixing this into a cold beverage was blending it into a smoothie, otherwise the power really only dissolves well in hot liquids.

I am just finishing my firsy canister of the vita proteins. It has helped with my digestion and nails ate growing stronger. I am going to purchase anothe month of tjis to see wjat other tjings i may notice in a positive way.

Great for skin, still waiting on hair

bought this item because my scalp went through an allergic reaction and started to itch really bad and my hair started to fall out in clumps. I take two scoops in water every day. I havent seen hair regrowth but have only used it for two months. There has been no improvement on my nails either. However, my skin is a different story. Its clear and has this glow to it. One of my patients was complaining about her health (she is 39) and said to me: I know you are significantly younger than I am but..... (I am 47). She nearly fell out of her chair. Another patient texted me shortly after leaving my office asking me what I use for my skin. So if you are looking to use this for your skin, please do so. Use it for your joints. Collagen is also wonderful for the gut lining. I do hope that my nails and hair will slowly start improving as well. Not sure why my skin had such an immediate reaction but not the nails or hair but I am not giving up on the product.

Makes my coffee taste better!

I have been on only week 3 of this product so i have to give it more time to see results but I will say my coffee taste 10 times better with this, it does not add flavor but it makes me look forward to my morning coffee

Unbelievable!

I notice no taste; I use it in my smoothies, and it seems to make them a just a bit thicker, which I like. I started taking it for my hair; so far I don't notice a difference, but it's only been a month. What I did notice after only a week was a lot less pain in tendons. I have had horrible tendon pain in my ankle since last August--so much that I was considering surgery. After only a week of taking Vital Proteins, I noticed that my ankle didn't hurt when I bent it going down stairs. I had bad shoulder pain also, and it hurt especially when I reached for the window at the drive-thru at the bank. After a couple weeks of taking this, it doesn't hurt as much. Even though I started taking it for my hair, I'll continue because of the greatly reduced pain all over my body from osteoarthritis and tendon pain. It's like a miracle.
