Hockey

My husband is 61 and still plays hockey, it’s not a senior league! After years as a fire fighter and still working out his knees were starting to asking for him to have an end date in sight for his Sunday night league. He has been using Vital Protiens and is feeling better. His knees are happier on Monday morning. He still might move a little slow on Monday but he is still moving. Our daughter Jeana from A Sweat Life had been on us for a while to try Vital Proteins, ok Jeana, you were right!

My breakthrough for thin hair and dry skin

I have really fine thin hair and really dry skin after taking this for 3 months my skin is supple and hydrated and I noticed my hair is getting thicker and less fallout! This was a life Changing and don’t ever wanna go a day without my vital collagen peptide.

Good but there's a catch

I don't mind the taste at all. Yes it does have a weird taste to it. The only thing that drives me nuts is that it doesn't dissolve at all in cold liquids. I've wasted a few scoops here and there trying to dissolve it in cold Powerade zero.. it just clumped up and I had to throw it away. It's not cheap so don't waste it trying to stir it in cold drinks.
