I've been using this product now for about three or four months. My eyebrows are filling in. I can feel the difference in my bones and joints. I am so happy to have added this to my supplement routine. And yes. It's as easy as placing the scoops in a cup of coffee or smoothie.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my holy grail product! Easily dissolvable in any liquid; I use Half a scoop in my morning smoothie and half a scoop in my nightly tea. Super easy way to get protein in and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my hair and nail health!

I started taking this because I had recently lost 76 pounds and the skin on my neck was loose. I took one scoop in my coffee a day and by the time I was done with the jar, my skin under my neck had already tightened up! I will be ordering more

Just one serving provides enough protein for my coffee, protein shake, or daily smoothie. I feel full until the next meal when I’m able to incorporate these into my breakfast! 2. Glowing skin! I definitely have noticed that my skin feels brighter and more glowing overall. 3. No taste- I add these to everything from coffee to smoothies to yogurt and don’t taste anything!
