I have to say that I wasn’t sure this stuff was doing anything, but after a few months I can definitely feel/see the difference. I put it in my coffee every day.

Made me very bloated

Didn't benefit me and caused lots of bloating and some weight gain. I took if for two weeks at recommended amounts. Bloating subsidized when I discontinued but still have the extra weight.

Knee pain and Collagen peptides

Chiropractor recommended Collagen after I complained of Knee pain.
I Was told it would take up to 3 months to show relief. I started feeling relief almost immediately. I am almost pain free. I will eventually need knee replacement. For now I am free of my braces. Have been taking

Bloating

I have been using the product since Feb. I do feel like my skin looks a bit smoother. The reason I am giving it a 3 star is because I am pretty fit and since I got on this product, I have noticed my stomach feels bloated all the time. I am use to my stomach being flat and being bloated is an uncomfortable feeling. Unfortunately, I am going to get off of it because of this side effect.

A friend, a much younger friend, recommended the Vital Proteins Collagen. I thought, “No way!” So, she gave me a portion of her order. I had nothing to lose. Right!?! I used it and loved it. So, I order my own now. I only use one scoop a day, but my whole body looks and feels so much better. Many people ask me what I do to look this way at 50...I claim to have gotten a good night’s rest! I don’t rest that well. Menopause is a beast, but collagen is its counterpoint! Thank God for young friends and their recommendations!

Doesn’t dissolve in chilled beverages if you mix with spoon.

1. It definitely has a taste to it I would describe it as bitter. I only noticed this when I was splitting my coffee in two portions and one portion had collagen powder and the other didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed the taste. 2. Does NOT Dissolve well in chilled or iced water it gets very clumpy. I feel like for cold drinks you need a shaker bottle or blender. Otherwise it gets clumpy then sits at bottom of drink 3. dissolves well in hot water. Overall I would purchase the brand again since 90% of time I mix it in my coffee I’ll most likely try the creamer next time. 4. Significant Benefits: I’ve always take collagen so I can’t say I’ve noticed a significant change but for me it’s okay! I’ve always had great skin always taken biotin for my hair although I have noticed my nails been growing faster and stronger but I also started taking hyaluronic acid capsules and coconut oil every morning in my daily diet when I started I causing Vital Proteins in my diet . Overall I love collagen!

LOVE THIS!

This is my favorite collagen powder! I love drinking this at least twice a day. I'm especially grateful that this can dissolve so easily in water as I have tried another company before but it did not yield the same results.(Bulletproof collagen)When I first started using this I noticed a positive difference in the smoothness of the skin on my face. Recently I tried the beef gelatin and thought it was a bit challenging to mix into the warm water . In addition, the left over liquid at the bottom of the glass would get very sticky soI plan on using that to make little collagen gummies because it seems like it would be a perfect fit. If you want something that dissolves very easily and has a pleasant flavor. This is your powder! I highly recommend trying this product if you haven't already. You may just fall in love with it like I have! Vital Proteins, thank you so much for making such a healthy product that is also wonderful to experience. :-)
