I absolutely love my Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides! I add it to my daily yogurt for an extra protein hit which helps me achieve my macros for the day. Plus- my hair is longer than ever, my nails are extremely strong and a long and my skin looks great!

Easy and convenient!

I purchased the unflavored and the strawberry lemonade flavor in the premeasured packets. I love that it’s easy and I can take it anywhere! It isn’t 100% dissolvable as it sounds like it will be, especially when it’s in a cold beverage. Even with a blender bottle I couldn’t get it all to dissolve. Unfortunate. :( I’ll continue to use the unflavored if I notice any difference, but the strawberry lemonade flavor is not very good by itself. I hope to see some results!

I tried this in water, tea, and juice and can’t believe how horrible it tastes- j couldn’t even finish the drink. I don’t understand how people say it’s tasteless.

Been taking product for 30 days

I have been using this product for 30 days. I started putting a scoop in my morning coffee but changed to mixing it with room temperature water. I am taking 2 scoops daily. I questioned taking it in combination with caffeine because I think it is suppose to work better with Vitamin C. Either way, I have yet to experience any benefit to my digestion or my skin. I plan to try it for one more month.

My back and right knee have been Killing me for over a month. I bought this and after 3 days of use I was feeling better. I'm 2 weeks in now and I feel a lot better . I couldn't walk or sit . am still in pain.
