I’m a 75 year old active female and feel like I don’t get enough protein in my diet. I feel much better since I added Vital Proteins to my coffee every morning. I am still active and have had more energy during the past few months I have used it. I do several volunteer jobs and participate in regular activities for my church and community.

I absolutely love Vital Proteins’ Collagen Peptides! It dissolves in hot or cold liquids and it really is flavorless- I even add it to water. A great bi-product is: my nails are really strong and healthy!
