I’ve been purchasing Vital Proteins for about 6 years. I started using it because of digestive issues and healing process. I have noticed less reactions to foods I’m sensitive to and my skin has also improved. I use both peptides and the gelatin. I love the versatility in baking my flatbreads and other recipes.

I never go a day without these in over 3 months and they have helped my digestion and stomach issues sooooo much! Plus they don't taste like anything, so you can't even tell you are drinking it. My only complaint is that I do not like taking them in anything cold. Yes, they dissolve, but not great and I don't like the clumps.
