I drop one scoop into my coffee in the morning.
After about two weeks of use my skin is now incredible! It's helped with joint pain while bike riding and my hair has thickened and growing fast. Love this stuff!!

I originally bought Viral Proteins for the collagen and the great reviews it had but within weeks noticed the difference in my knees and joints.. my knee no longer clicks when I go up and down stairs. Love this product!!!!

I love my VITAL PROTEINS Collagen Peptides. It mixes in my coffee every morning perfect, no lumps or separation or taste. I did try another companies and it was lumpy never did completely mix in You are doing a GREAT job!!

Have used collagen peptide for almost 3 years daily in my coffee. My hair skin and nails are now very healthy. Claims it also helps with digestion but no change. Will recommend.
