I primarily started using Vital Proteins for joint health. I was aware of its other benefits but didn’t really think I would notice a difference. After a month of vital proteins my skin texture has improved and my hair is much stronger than it was before. A really noticeable difference! It’s really easy to add to my daily diet and I’m excited to keep using it.

Great product with noticeable resukts

My cousin told me about VP when I mentioned my nails were spitting and chipping. Up to then I’d always had great nails but at 57 they were starting to go downhill. After a month I noticed my nails improving and now starting my 5th month they are back to what they used to be! Also skin and hair improving as well. VP will always be a part of my morning coffee!!

This product actually does work.! I am in my 60’s and please believe me when I tell you that I have tried every lotion; serum; gel etc. that is supposed to work wonders. They don’t, but this collagen petptide really has made a difference in my skin. Yes, I still have wrinkles, but my skin is smoother and brighter looking. I’ve also noticed that the spider veins in my legs that I was starting to acquire have faded or disappeared compleatly. My fingers nails and hair are both better and stronger. Give it a chance. I drink it every morning before my coffee. I began seeing a difference after about 8 or 10 weeks. This is the only product that genuinely works and I am really really glad that I gave it a try. Yesterday my husband of 40 years said to me out of the blue...”you are so pretty”....and I haven’t heard that for a long time.....

Awesome product

I’ve waited to post a review since I figured it would take awhile to see results. I’ve been taking a scoop full every day for the last 8 months. I’m 68 years old and have found this product to improve the look of my skin and other benefits. I first noticed my eye lids started to smooth out after about 5 months. Now I’m noticing other areas, neck, jawline, upper arms and legs appear to be getting smoother with less wrinkles. I’ve had a couple of cortisone shots in my thumbs before but haven’t had anymore episodes since taking this. I highly recommend this.

Good things come to those who wait

I read an article about - and am kind of shamed to say m, considering my age and education! - Courtney Kardashian and her diet, and happened along this product. I had been looking for a collagen product for some time, as I am almost 47 and want to try and maintain skin elasticity as long as I can...to keep up with my 34 boyfriend/fiancé.
I am on my third month...and I am slowly seeing positive results. The most obvious is my hair. When younger I did treated my hair awful (perm era, every style, cut, colour) and the hair itself (not quantity) thinned and became delicate. It is significantly thicker and stronger feeling...and it has a gorgeous curl to it now!!!! My daughter thought I was curling it daily - and I just thought humidity was crazy this summer (it is too curly for humidity), then it clicked.
I have thin fingernails that split and broke easily, I notice they are not splitting at all, and the breaks are significantly less.
Verdict is out on skin still but I am giving that more time - I have been going through very stressful times in life at the moment, so I'm giving that more grace.
Overall so far, I think it's worth it. I didn't have joint issues, but if it helps prevent issues for future too, another bonus.

Does not mix well in cold

I saw the results of drinking the collagen but it mixes better in hot than it does cold. In cold, it clumps up and you have to wait for the drink to cool and then it will desolve or have to blend it to drink it right away
