I put this is my coffee every morning. Dissolves instantly and doesn't effect the taste at all. Has made a difference in my hair and nails joints in my legs feel better~!

I’m in my 50’s and my hair growth has slowed down considerably. Since I started taking the Collagen Peptides, about 3 months ago, my hair growth has taken off! My hair hasn’t been this long in years. Could be coincidence but I think it’s the product.
