Dissolves perfectly in my coffee or smoothie! I love the fact that it doesn't change the flavor of my beverages. Notice my nails are stronger and skin looks firmer!

Not convinced of benefits.

I'm not sure I am getting any benefits from Vital Proteins. First the taste of the Collagen is just horrible. I got the flavorless but when mixed with plain water is so bad I can't drink without gagging. Second the only effect I have seen is weight gain. I am tall and thin and work out 7 days a week. I am a distance runner. But with no other changes to diet and exercise I have been gaining weight over the past 3 weeks. Feeling very bloated. Is this normal? I'm ready to quit using between the taste and weight gain.

Dissolves Easily & Undetectable/Flavorless

I thought it might be too-good-to-be-true, but this collagen actually is undetectable once mixed in my liquid of choice. I've tried it with coffee, tea, and even water. It dissolves quickly and easily, and I cannot taste the addition of this collagen at all. I am usually pretty sensitive to flavors, so this was a pleasant surprise. I even use two full scoops, so it's not like I'm skimping on the serving size either. It's too soon to comment on it's visual effect on my body, but my mom has been taking this supplement for months and there is a noticeable improvement in her complexion and hair. She is practically glowing! I've been taking it for about a month now and like that I can add it to my morning coffee or tea and if I don't feel like having breakfast, I seem to feel quite satisfied until lunch, even if I workout! This alone has been a huge bonus for me, a gal who loathes breakfast.

This is a great collagen product! Especially if you have allergies like I do! This is a pure product, has no taste, and no flavor. It is a very fine mill so it dissolves great into any liquid (even cold water)

I’ve been drinking your collagen in my coffee for a couple years now. For some reason my most recent order did not mix well like it normally does and had a funny taste to it. Normally I’m not able to taste at all.
