Easy to use, great results

I started using Collagen Peptides a few months ago. They have become a part of morning routine. My nails went from short and chipping to long and strong. My hair is growing fast. I am often told I am aging backwards which at 53 is a super compliment!

My wife and I have been taking Vital Protein Collagen for three years. We are both over sixty and it has helped with our arthritis and my wife’s hair and nails have strengthened. Decided to get auto delivery. We put it in our coffee in the am and it does not change the flavor of our coffee.

Does NOT dissolve in cold liquids

Yes, it's flavorless, but the powder turns into clumps of gooey dough in cold liquids. It doesn't dissolve, so I'm not sure why it's advertised as dissolving in cold or hot liquids. I have not verified the exact number of scoops in the whole container, but it did look about only half full when you first open it. I've used it only a couple of times so far, so we'll see if the results are worth another purchase or subscription after this.
