Took this for one month. My back started hurting more it ever had since my surgery. Also hands and other joints started aching. Only thing different was the collagen. I stop taking it little over a week ago and everything is getting better

I received my first orser of Vital Proteins a few months ago and I was hooked. When I ran out, I noticed a huge a difference in my hair and skin. When I was first taking this, my skin looked plump and healthy and my hair looked great all the time. Love this stuff.

When figuring out which supplemental items to budget into our monthly allotment, Vital Proteins won out. You can feel the effects in your joints and in mobility and my skin also has a glow. I know I'm doing so much good for my body. I'm a lifetime Vital Proteins user for sure.

I'm glad you asked - this container I received will not dissolve. I have to pick clumps out. The last two containers I received was off white. The first container was white and dissolved great. I have a bad one for sure this time.

I've been using this powder for over a year religiously. I can tell a difference in my body when I don't use it! I start with adding to my coffee then smoothies. I also add it to my kid's meals. We love it!

My husband & I both love the collagen peptides. My husband usually has a healthy breakfast of eggs & will take along a smoothie made with the collagen peptides as he drives to work. It keeps him full until his late lunch rolls around. He uses the Vital Protein bottle as well. Can't wait for those to come back in stock because I'd like one for myself & a gift for my mom.
