I started using Vital Proteins for joint health and the other benefits are plus! I started using Vital Proteins in my coffee and cooking with it about a year ago. My hair dresser has noticed a big difference with my hair and my nails are stronger! I love it!

I have been enjoying the benefits of this product. My skin and nails have really improved and I feel like it helps in my recovery after a tough workout. I am not sore as long as I was prior to using this product.

Got my husband this for his joints, he needs a full shoulder replacement, yet is too young for one, so needs supplements that will help with joint health. He is feeling less pain within the first month! I use it more for the skin benifits, and love the smooth tone, brightness and less defined lines, I'm seeing within 2 months of use. I'm 36, my husband is 40, just to give you an idea of age/use!

Wonderful for my nails!

I typically use one scoop daily in my coffee. The biggest change I've notices is the health of my nails. They are long and strong! Completely opposite of how they've always been. I truly believe it's because of the Collagen Peptides.
