Love the collagen peptides in either bulk or packet form.
I love Asian broths, so to ensure enough protein, I add peptides. When traveling abroad, the packets are a life saver. . I never have to worry, I am not getting quality protein.

I am very satusfied with Vital Proteins. Dissolves eadiky in hot and cold liquid it is unflavored so it doesn't alter any flavored juice, coffeeor water. I bought the large size after my trial.

After 2 weeks using the peptides, about every other day, my skin broke out like crazy. I had to stop and it took another 2/3 weeks for my skin to go back to normal. This product is advertised as something that will help your skin, but it did the exact opposite. Giving it 2 stars because although it didn't well for my skin, it didn't effect my boyfriends skin, who was taking it as often as I was.
