I love what this did for my hair, skin, and nails...but the bloating and constipation was completely intolerable. I stayed on it for 2+ months and it never got any better.

I had a knee surgery about 4 years ago and the knee has not been the same since my injury and my surgery. I haven't been able to run well for about 5 or 6 years, I am now running 2 miles without stopping.

I love putting the collagen into my coffee! It makes for extra foam. I would recommend using this on a daily basis. I replace my protein with this and it works amazingly.

My sister introduced me to this product while i was pregnant, and i figures it couldn't hurt to use postpartum to help prevent hair loss. 6 weeks later.. So far, so good! I'm not entirely sure if this is the sole reason but my hair feels great and my nails feel stronger.

I have been using VP for a year or so now and I can honestly say that my nails grow faster and stronger, my hair is growing quicker and fuller, and my joints feel better. I ran a half marathon last year and started VP to help with recovery. It was almost immediate. The other perk? 9 grams of PROTEIN, which makes my morning coffee keep me full a little longer.

I used the plain, unflavored because I like to add my own flavors as I stick to the AIP diet. I jsut would like for it to have more protein for the price.
