So far, I can tell no difference in my nails, skin, or hair. May be too soon to decide if the collagen peptides is helping. I will give it a couple of more weeks.

I am on my feet

I am on my feet at my job. They would hurt so bad I could hardly walk . I started taking Collagen Peptides August 8, 2018. About six weeks later I noticed my feet felt so much better. I was so happy.
