Didnt see a difference

Just as advertised... it dissolved great in any beverage with little to no after taste. I only got the month supply, but didn't notice a difference....maybe had I gotten the larger size and used it longer I may have seen or felt a difference.

I can't believe I waited as long as I did to jump on the collagen wagon! I am loving Vital Proteins collagen peptides! It has so many benefits that I have benefited from! Hair, skin, nails, joints oh my! And it is so versatile! It goes in my daily morning cup of joe, in baked goods, from sweet to savory dishes, to my favorite no-atmeal recipes!

not the same?

Have you changed your formula recently? It doesn't seem the same. I guess it mixes with my almond milk better...but I liked the thick consistency it had before in previous orders as it felt as if I was really getting the collagen. Now it just seems watery and like there's no collagen in it. Just wondering.

Both my wife and I use it regularly. We notice it seems to help with hair and nail health and growth. My thinking is that it helps with a lot more internally that goes on un-noticed. We're signed up for auto-ship and find it most convenient. Keeps the collagen on-hand at a good price and delivered right to our door.

I've tried different collagens once I started using Vital Proteins my coworkers commented on how my skin looked so good. I really can tell a difference. It's amazing!
