I prefer the flavorless collagen peptides because I can mix them in anything. I add a scoop into my post workout protein shakes. I haven't really noticed a difference in my skin because I've always had pretty smooth skin. My hair & nails have been growing faster.

I tried to add the Proteins to flavored water and I could taste it. I added it to my coffee, and I can not taste it at all. I haven't seen any improvements in my hair, but I am only on my 3 can.
